Today I wanted to walk through my website process, whether that is for Website In A Day or Custom Website Design for my lovely interior design clients!
My process is designed to be efficient and client-friendly. Here's a breakdown of my two-week Wix website design process:
Inquiry
Clients initiate the process by submitting a brief inquiry through my website. This inquiry typically includes basic project details and contact information.
Discovery Call
Following the inquiry, we schedule a 15-minute discovery call to delve deeper into the client's project goals, target audience, and specific requirements. This conversation helps to clarify expectations and determine project scope.
Booking
After the discovery call, I provide a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment. Upon client approval, we execute a contract formalizing the agreement and establish payment terms.
Onboarding
To streamline the project, I utilize Google Drive as a central hub for project management. Clients receive comprehensive onboarding materials, including project guidelines, expectations, and how we will be communicating throughout this exciting process!
Design and Development
Based on the agreed-upon project scope, I get started on the design and development phase. This involves creating wireframes, designing the website's visual elements, and building the website. Regular communication and updates are provided to the client throughout this entire process!
Launch
Once the website is complete, we schedule a launch meeting to review the final product, address any final adjustments, and coordinate the website's go-live date. Clients receive video walk throughs on how to navigate the website and make changes as needed.
